2. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
The conditions of purchase of our products are governed by these contracting conditions which the purchaser must accept unconditionally prior to the purchase of the products. At all times, the language used for the conclusion of the contract shall be Spanish.
These conditions have been drafted in accordance with the provisions of Spanish and European consumer and user regulations and, in particular, Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce and by Regulation (EU) 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 21 May 2013 , on the resolution of online consumer disputes.
Please consult, read and understand these terms and conditions before making any purchase of our products.
3. ORDER PROCESSING
1) The customer selects the desired product by clicking on the ‘Add to cart’ button so that it is automatically added to the shopping cart ‘SHOPPING CART’.
2) Once the product has been selected, in the shopping basket you can modify the quantity of products you want, add more products or continue with the payment.
3) Once you have selected the ‘FINISH ORDER’ button, the WEBSITE will ask you for a series of personal details in order to be able to send the product and issue the corresponding invoice. You can also select the box corresponding to the sending of commercial communications or be reminded for future purchases in our shop.
4) By clicking on the ‘Continue with shipments’ button, the website will show the data entered in the previous step and the different shipping options, and the customer must select one of the options. Once the shipping method has been entered, you will be taken to the corresponding payment page.
4. PAYMENT
In the last step of the purchase, the USER/CUSTOMER will pay the amount of the purchase at the time of ordering the products purchased. To do this, the website will show you our payment gateway so that you can enter the necessary data to proceed to the payment of the products. We inform you that the WEBSITE will not store any of the bank details entered, the payment gateway being responsible for the management of your data. If you have any doubts in this respect, please contact the person in charge.
Once the purchase is completed, you will receive, within a maximum of 24 hours, in the email account entered, the purchase receipt with all the details of the purchase. If you do not receive this email, or if you have detected any error in the data entered for the purchase, please contact us.
The USER/CUSTOMER must notify the administrator of the website of any undue or fraudulent charge on the card used for payment, by email or telephone, as soon as possible so that the administrator can take the appropriate steps.
5. TAXES AND DUTIES
All our products shipped to European Union territory include the corresponding taxes. You will also be informed before the purchase of the shipping price of the products.
6. PRICE OF PRODUCTS
The prices of the products offered on the Web are indicated in euros (€).
The offers and promotions will be expressly indicated, understanding that an excessively low price in comparison to the rest of the products or equal to zero will be due to an error, so the final purchase process of the product that has this error will not be carried out.
